Mary Darly Lopez Tura, C.B., F.A., is a published author affiliated with the National Book Development Board of the Philippines, and a multidisciplinary professional spanning marketing, sales and client relations, content creation, operations, financial analysis, and a certified bookkeeper with a consistent record of delivering results and advancing client growth. Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Jose Recoletos, she has worked alongside leaders in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Publishing, Marketing, and Financial industries, both as a trainer and a trainee shaping her ability to build systems, and develop thought-leading concepts. Those roles taught her discipline and results, and also clarified her desire to contribute to work that carries meaning and positive, lasting impact. Her skill set includes operations, training, consulting, concept development, design, writing, sales, and research and development, bridging creativity with structure, and purpose with execution.

Her promise is equivalent exchange because, as she believes,

This book is dedicated to everyone ready to treat their inner child to some well-deserved pampering and, at the same time, slap their adult self with some well-needed reality check. It tackles specific psychological reasons why humans behave in a certain way in different areas of life, may it be in your work, relationships, finances, etc., leading to burnout. While burnout signifies exhaustion and depletion, "bourn out" suggests a journey through challenges that leads to personal growth, renewal, and a sense of purpose.
